- Scan checks using the scanner provided by the bank.
- Confirm the amount of the deposit.
- Transmit the deposit to the bank via the secure site.
- Receive confirmation of the deposit.

- The original checks must be retained for 6 months.
- You will receive the software and scanner from AmeriState Bank, so there's no additional equipment of software to purchase on your own.
