• Scan checks using the scanner provided by the bank.
• Confirm the amount of the deposit.
• Transmit the deposit to the bank via the secure site.
• Receive confirmation of the deposit.
• It's that simple!

Other Helpful Information: 

• The original checks must be retained for 6 months.
• You will receive the software and scanner from AmeriState Bank, so there's no additional equipment of software to purchase on your own.
• The software is user-friendly and easy to learn.
